Injection Molding Supervisor
We are seeking one candidate for each shift at this time.
The 1 st shift hours are 700am to 345pm
The 2 nd shift hours are 315pm to 1145pm
The 2 nd shift personnel are required to perform shutdown duties every night.
The 1 st shift personnel perform startup duties each day.
Overall plant startup is performed by maintenance, but the 1 st shift supervisor would be starting the molding machines daily.
Some daily overtime, maybe 30-60 minutes at most and it would be prior to shift start.
Weekend work is rare
Requirements : Mold setup
Mold setup
Machine startup
Machine shutdown
Process and machine troubleshooting
Troubleshooting of auxiliary equipment
Use of basic hand tools
Adjusting fixtures
Assisting maintenance when necessary
Supervising 12 or less employees
Safety compliance
Production and personnel related documentation
Quality assurance checks and documentation
Inventory management
Forklift operation.
